Lamana

The Lamana is the mainstay of the SafetyKnife.com family. The patented design of the Lamana(TM) provides the efficient cut of an exposed knife blade while protecting the user from the dangers of an exposed blade. The unique 'flow through cutting channel' blade design provides a smooth, uniform, and easy cut which is ideal for cutting films and even stiffer materials which can 'hang' on conventional hook knives. As with all of our knives, the 'protected blade' design adds long life to the blade, as it isn't inadvertently stuck against foreign objects, and the smooth, rounded tip design protects whatever is beneath the material being cut.
